1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using DeployReady (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

DeployReady is provided under the license stated in its source repository. Subject to that license, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the Software. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use DeployReady responsibly. You will not:

• Run DeployReady, including its dynamic testing features, against systems you do not own or are not authorized to test
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to use the Software to attack, exploit, or harm third-party systems
• Misrepresent the Software’s output as a certification or guarantee of security

4. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will detect all vulnerabilities or that its output is accurate or complete. See our Security Disclaimer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belsoft and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or security, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Software — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-party services

If you enable optional AI features, your use of third-party providers (such as Anthropic or Ollama) is subject to their respective terms and pricing. You are responsible for any costs incurred with those providers.

7. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing all findings and proposed fixes, testing changes, and making final decisions about your application's security and readiness. DeployReady is an assistive tool and does not replace professional judgment.

8. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
